Kira Brandon, AKA Kira J, stays busy. An artist & entrepreneur from Harlem, NYC, she published her first book of poetry, “Naked by Kira J” when she was just 20. Five years later, she released her second book of poetry, essays & quotes - “Breaking Point.” 

Whens she’s not writing, Kira spends time speaking at schools across the city and at empowerment workshops for youth and women, managing her clothing line “Momternity,” and spending lots of her time with daughter Nala J.
